You can request a refund within 7 days (1 week) from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts unfortunately cannot be refunded.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept refunds on:

• Used or damaged items

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

• Personalised items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

• Clear photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer:

• A free replacement, or

• A full refund

No extra charges will apply for defective products.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except for damaged/incorrect items).

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
